Without structure, everything feels urgent. With structure, most things can wait.
My week has themes. Not strict schedules. Themes reduce decision fatigue.
Weekly Themes
- Monday – Planning and review
- Tuesday – Deep work
- Wednesday – Support and communication
- Thursday – Shipping
- Friday – Learning and cleanup
Structure creates freedom, not restriction.
Calendar-style thinking helped me protect creative energy. I don’t context switch unless it’s necessary.
If your calendar feels chaotic, start by naming your days. The rest follows naturally.
